That means you can plug them straight into a standard wall outlet—no need to mess with special high-voltage wiring. And the heater itself stays small. Often under 600mm long. That compact shape concentrates the heat, giving you a lot of warmth packed into a tight footprint. But with that intensity comes a practical note: you’ll want to make sure the wall surface and nearby materials can handle the localized heat without getting damaged.
Inside the Design: Halogen Tubes and R7s Connectors
We use halogen-filled quartz tubes to produce infrared warmth. The halogen cycle helps keep the element clean, so the lamp doesn’t darken over time and the output stays steady. Because of that, the filament can run hotter—and that translates into stronger, more efficient infrared heat compared to a regular incandescent bulb. For the connection, we go with an R7s connector. It’s a secure bi-pin setup that can handle the high operating temperatures and makes wiring during installation straightforward. And when it’s time to replace the lamp? It’s simple. Twist and remove. No complicated disassembly.
