Instead of warming the room, these bulbs shoot heat straight into the material. It’s like the difference between waiting for a room to warm up with a heater versus stepping into the sun on a cold day. You feel it instantly.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The gear you&amp;rsquo;ll actually need&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;When we build these setups, we focus on packing a punch. If you have a small space but need a lot of heat, we go with higher wattage bulbs in shorter tubes. It creates a much more intense heat flow. Just a heads-up: make sure your power supply and the bulb&amp;rsquo;s voltage are a perfect match. If they aren&amp;rsquo;t, you&amp;rsquo;re just going to burn through bulbs.&#xA;We stick with quartz glass because it doesn&amp;rsquo;t crack when things get hot. Sometimes, we add special coatings to the glass to tweak the wavelength. This basically tells the heat exactly where to go so the material absorbs it better. For the wiring, we use R7s or SK15 connectors. They&amp;rsquo;re the old reliable of the industry—easy to plug in and even easier to swap out when it&amp;rsquo;s time for maintenance.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to watch out for&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Adding IR heat is a massive win for your speed, but it does change how the oven behaves.&#xA;Because the heat is so direct and intense, you can accidentally create hotspots if the bulbs are sitting too close to your product. You&amp;rsquo;ll want to tweak your PID controllers so they can keep up with that sudden spike in temperature.&#xA;And one last thing: if you&amp;rsquo;re pushing a ton of wattage, give your housing some breathing room. Vent it well, or you might find your sockets melting into a puddle.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
